Where does Micro Dome ship?

We ship to all parts of Canada, except Yukon (for now!).

How much does shipping cost?

Great news! Shipping is free on orders over $80! Here's the shipping cost breakdown:

  • Micro Dome: Free shipping when you buy 2 or more!
  • Orders under $60: $10 shipping fee
  • Orders over $80: Free shipping!

When will I get my order?

We aim to get your Micro Dome to you as quickly as possible! All orders ship within 1-2 business days after you place them.

  • Standard shipping takes about 5-10 business days.
  • If you're hiring painters or need it quickly, we suggest ordering at least 5 business days in advance.
  • Once your order ships, you'll get an email with tracking details.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We can’t deliver paint to P.O. Boxes because we ship with Canada Post.

How can I change my shipping address?

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at sales@polyamyna.ca as soon as possible.

 

Do you ship paint in very hot or cold weather?

Yes, we do, but extreme weather may cause shipping delays. If you live in a place where the temperature drops below freezing (0°C), we recommend bringing your Micro Dome inside as soon as possible, ideally within an hour of delivery!

Orders

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you can check its status here. Just use your order number and the email you used to place the order, or you can use your tracking number(s).

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you want to change or cancel your order, please email us at sales@polyamyna.com as soon as possible. Our team processes orders quickly, but we’ll try our best to help.

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

All orders are final sale. Micro Dome cannot be returned or refunded.

If there are any issues with your order, like damaged products, we will fix it! Just contact us at sales@polyamyna.ca

Billing

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as we accept and process your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Sorry, we don’t accept checks or money orders.

 

What can I do if my payment is declined?

Don’t worry! Here are a few things to check:

1.    Make sure the billing details you entered (like the security code and billing address) match your card.

2.    Check if your card is expired. If not, your card issuer might have declined the payment. They don’t tell us why, so it’s best to contact them before trying again.
