Micro Dome® is a water-based acrylic coating that can be used as a protective topcoat on a number of interior & exterior surfaces. Micro Dome® can be applied to surfaces such as Metal, Wood, Ceramic, Plastic, & Painted surfaces. Micro Dome® contains a mildewcide which prevents the growth of mold and mildew both in the can as well as on the dried coatings.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Follow the outlined surface preparation and product application steps to ensure optimal product performance. Failure to follow instructions of use may result in unsatisfactory coating performance. Please carefully read the directions for use before using Micro Dome®.
SURFACE PREPARATION
If mold and mildew are present on surfaces, remove by scrubbing surfaces using a cloth and unscented soap solution and. Allow the surface to completely dry before continuing with Micro Dome® application. Do NOT use bleach to clean up mold. Eye, skin, and respiratory protection are highly recommended when removing mold and mildew from surfaces. Before application, ensure target surfaces are clean and free of visible dirt, soil, dust, or other loose materials. If needed, clean the surface with a cloth and unscented soap solution. Ensure the surface is dry and free of moisture before applying Micro Dome®.
APPLICATION DIRECTIONS
Micro Dome® is a ready-to-use coating product. Do not thin or dilute with water or solvent. Do not mix with other chemicals. Do not mix with cleaning or disinfecting agents. Mix the product well before use by shaking the product can while the lid is still on. Use a paint brush or roller to apply Micro Dome® to desired surfaces. Apply uniformly across desired surfaces to ensure an even coating. Allow to air dry. The coating will dry to the touch within 6-8 hours. If additional coats are required, wait 3-6 hours before applying additional coats. Do not apply Micro Dome® if the room temperature is under 10°C (50°F) or if drying conditions are poor.
COVERAGE: Approximately 120-140 sq ft per unit (approximately 800 ml). Coverage may vary depending on surface type, smoothness, and amount of coating applied to the surface.
CLEAN UP: To clean application tools, wash brushes, rollers, or other items used during the application process with hot, soapy water before the coating cures and hardens. Otherwise, items can be disposed of following local regulations.
STORAGE: Keep Micro Dome® stored in the original container. Ensure the lid is tightly sealed before storing Micro Dome®. Store at a temperature between 10°C (50°F) and 30°C (86°F). DO NOT LET PRODUCT FREEZE.
